Does GorillaGamer share the information it receives?
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and as a result we do not sell it to others. We share customer information only as described below and with subsidiaries GorillaGamer controls that either are subject to this Privacy Policy or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy.
  • Service Providers. We use other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples processing credit card payments. We use Paypal to process your deposit. You are providing Paypal with your information and the transaction takes place on their site.
  • Partner Sites. GorillaGamer may share information with those other companies, in a manner consistent with the privacy policies of those companies. GorillaGamer will only share information with those Partner Sites with whom the user already has a relationship and with whom the user already has an agreement concerning the sharing of the user's information.
  • Advertisers. We aggregate (gather up data across all user accounts) personal information and disclose such information in a non-personally identifiable manner to advertisers and other third parties for their marketing and promotional purposes. However, in these situations, we do not disclose to these entities any information that could be used to identify you personally.
  • Protection of GorillaGamer and Others. We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of GorillaGamer, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
  • Corporate Transfers. As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy subsidiaries, or business units, or we may share some or all of your personal information with another business entity should we plan to, merge with, or be acquired by that business entity. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy (unless, the customer consents otherwise). Also, in the unlikely event that GorillaGamer, or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets. You will be notified of such a transfer through a notice posted on our Web site.
  • Legal Compliance. We release account and other personal information when we are required to do so in order to comply with the law.
  • With Your Consent. Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.
