Registering for an account creating a profile and/or participating in any tournament offered on GorillaGamer.com ("the Site""we"or "Site") signifies your knowledge of and agreement to be bound by the most current version of these Terms and Conditions.

The services offered by the Site include the Site website (the "Site Website"), the Site Internet messaging service, the ability to participate in any tournament or contest held on the Site and any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by the Site in connection with the Site Website (collectively, the "Site Services").

This Terms and Condition ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Site Services. By using the Site Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" meaning that you simply browse the Site Website or you are a "Member" which means that you have registered with the Site. The term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member. You are only authorized to use the Site Services regardless of whether your access or use is intended if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to this Agreement which include by incorporation our Privacy Policy, . By registering for an account and/or participating in any tournament offered on the Site, you agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. You further agree that any legal action arising from any dispute about or involving the the Site Services shall proceed in the state or federal courts located in the State of Nevada, and you hereby submit to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms and Conditions, in connection with the other obligations and rules detailed in writing on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Site and cannot be modified by you. These Terms and Conditions cannot be modified on an individual basis by any person affiliated, or claiming affiliation, with the Site. Nothing in this subsection will prevent the Site from modifying the terms of these Terms and Conditions and posting such modifications on the Site.
