  1. What is a Screen Shot and how do I make one?
A screen shot is an image of what it displayed on your monitor- like a picture of a monitor at a specific time. To take a screen shot and save it as a bmp image, follow these steps:
    1. On your keyboard, press the Control (or Ctrl) key, then the Print Screen (or Prt Scr) key. This will make a copy of what you are seeing on your monitor at that time.
    2. Next open Windows Paint or some other graphics tool. Create a new document. Click on Edit, and Paste, Pasting the copy of the screen into the new bmp document. Save the bmp document with an appropriate name (it may be easier to find if you save it on the desktop).
    3. Then attach the document to an email, and send it to playerservices@gorillagamer.com. We will get the image of what you have seen on your monitor.
  2. How does the confirming your email process work?
We will send a validation email to the address that you provided. When you receive the email, there will be a link that you can click to activate your account. Please keep in mind that you must confirm your email address or you will not be allowed to enter a challenge.
  3. How do I increase my screen resolution?
Our Challenge Lobby is designed to be played in at a minimum screen resolution of 1024 X 768 pixels. At a lower resolution, some of the ChallengeLobby will not display properly. You can change your screen resolution by doing the following:
    1. Click on your "Start" button
    2. Select "Settings" and "Control Panel".
    3. Go to "Appearance and Themes".
    4. Select the "Display" icon and choose the "Settings" tab.
    5. From there, choose a resolution (1024 x 768 or higher) and click "OK".
