  1. Do I need to provide the correct data when I register?
    Yes, because if you don't provide the correct information we will not be able to mail you the prizes you redeem.
  2. What do I do if I forget my Player Name and/or Password?
    Simply click on http://gorillagamer.com/account/ForgotPassword.aspx enter your email that you used when you regi and the information will be sent to you.
  3. Can I change my player name?
    Your GorillaGamer player name is a unique identifier that we use to keep track of your activity on the site. It is not currently possible to change the player name on an account.
  4. Can I have more than one account?
    No, a person is only allowed one account. If a person is found using multiple accounts, all points and prizes will be void and multiple accounts will be closed without notice, and all player privileges may be revoked.
  5. How do I close my GorillaGamer account?
    To close your GorillaGamer account, please e-mail playerservices@gorillagamer.com subject "Close My Account" Please include your player name in the e-mail. Once GorillaGamer has closed your account, Player Services will send you a confirmation e-mail.

    Please Note: Once you close your account, you will not have access to your available points.
