Do I need to provide the correct data when I register?
Yes, because if you don't provide the correct information we will not be able to mail you the prizes you redeem.
What do I do if I forget my Player Name and/or Password?
Simply click on

enter your email that you used when you regi and the information will be sent to you.
Can I change my player name?
Your GorillaGamer player name is a unique identifier that we use to keep track of your activity on the site. It is not currently possible to change the player name on an account.
Can I have more than one account?
No, a person is only allowed one account. If a person is found using multiple accounts, all points and prizes will be void and multiple accounts will be closed without notice, and all player privileges may be revoked.
How do I close my GorillaGamer account?

subject "Close My Account" Please include your player name in the e-mail. Once GorillaGamer has closed your account, Player Services will send you a confirmation e-mail.
