How do I deposit money into my GorillaGamer account?
After registration you must first, confirm your email address. Do this by logging onto your email account and clicking the "Welcome to GorillaGamer" email. Once you confirm your email address your next step is to deposit money into your account using your credit card or Paypal account.

Your deposit immediately shows up in your GorillaGamer account and you are free to enter the challenge lobby.

If in the future, you want to deposit more money into your account to play bigger challenges then just click on your balance and you will be directed to the deposit screen. Deposits can be made using either a credit card or PayPal account. Winnings are deposited directly into your Player Account.
Why was my credit card denied?
Please check the following items:
1. Make sure your name, address, state, province or country, zip and phone number for your GorillaGamer credit card entry is the same as the billing address for that credit card. Some banks do not perform address verification, but GorillaGamer requires it.
2. Make sure you have not used the card for a GorillaGamer account already.
3. Make sure your card has not been reported stolen.
4. Make sure you have not reached your card limit. (Please check with your bank.)
5. Make sure your credit card bank has your new address if you moved recently.
6. Make sure you are not from a United States restricted state.
7. Are there sufficient funds in your account already? If there are, play with those funds before making another deposit.
If none of these appears to be the problem, please send a copy of the error message to playerservices@gorillagamer.com.
I made deposits using both a credit card and my PayPal account. Where will my withdrawals go?
If you have made some of your deposits via credit card and some via PayPal, your withdrawal will be credited to your Credit Card first. The remaining withdrawal balance will then be sent to your PayPal account.
When I use my credit card to put money into my account, how long does it take?
Once you enter your credit card and fill in all the information, your account will be credited within a few moments and you can begin challenging.
